I want to give this place and Eric a 5 star. Went there to get my truck checked. Eric came out knew exactly what it was and took care of it immediately. If and when I need any work done on my truck this is the place I will be going to. This place customers come first.

Madison Muffler is exceptional!! They genuinely try to work with your schedule and do everything possible to get you fixed up and on the go. They have excellent mechanics who have been helping people for decades. They more than likely can help you. The owners are amazing people and very honest. Extremely fine people all throughout this shop. You will not be disappointed. If you've been going to some place that charges an arm and a leg, check Madison Muffler out. You'll be surprised and very pleased!

Always professional, always friendly. They showed me everything I might need done on my van, and came in right on estimate. I thought it would take forever, but it took only 1 or 2 hours. At no time, was it a painful or stressful process. They truly eased my mind, but didn't sugarcoat anything. A wheel bearing that was extremely bad is nothing to take lightly. Thanks folks. You are awesome in my book, and I would use you time after time.

Took about a week for me to get in to have my car looked at but was worth the wait. This company and employees give it to you straight. Took my car in for suspension issue. They diagnosed pretty quickly and even looked up and found that this issue was covered under an extended warranty from the manufacturer so hopefully will not cost much to repair. The fact that these guys didn't rake me over the coals and even looked up the issue, is the customer service you would hope to receive anywhere. Highly recommend and will tell everyone about you guys!

I made an appointment on Tuesday 7/18/22 to get a tire with a slow leak looked at on Friday 7/22/22---they were able to fix it with a plug in about 15 minutes for $12.87. Nice people, nice price, and they got the job done fast! The repair shop I used to use closed & sent a lot of business to them, so they're pretty busy.
